Submitting your order in the configurator is a binding offer. The contract is formed upon our confirmation or successful receipt of payment.
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete the order and added to the total.
Payment is by card via our payment provider Stripe (hosted, secure payment page; card data is never stored by us). Production starts once payment is received.
The tag is shipped after manufacturing; delivery times and areas depend on the shipping option chosen.
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (FAGG). Exception: for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 18(1)(3) FAGG. The engraved tag is custom-made to your input; by completing the order you consent to production starting immediately and waive the right of withdrawal.
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of a material/manufacturing defect or a damaged tag, we provide a replacement.
The QR tag is a passive return aid, not a live GPS tracker; recovery of the pet cannot be guaranteed. For data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected.
