On a scan, a message is relayed to the owner; the owner’s e-mail stays hidden. Coarse (network) location and — only if the finder explicitly shares it — a precise GPS location may be sent to the owner.
Hosting & database: Cloudflare. E-mail delivery: Resend. Payment processing: Stripe (card data is processed directly by Stripe, not by us). Data-processing agreements are in place; any transfer to third countries relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose or as legally required. Order data is processed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); invoices are retained for 7 years under §132 BAO (Austrian tax law).
